Unfortunately, due to the nature of the customization, I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with something on your hat, please reach out to me at shopuntoldstory@gmail.com.

Can you customize a hat that I already own?
YES! If you have a hat that you already love but want to customize, reach out to me via email to work out all the details. 

I want a certain detail on my hat, but I don't see it on your website. What do I do?
The reason I started this business is because I want to help YOU tell your story! If you've looked around the website or my socials and can't find anything you love, shoot me an email of what you're looking for. We can then collaborate about that specific detail and create something special!

How soon will my hat arrive?
Customization isn't something that happens over night. It takes time to create something perfect for you! I will update you every step of the way. Turn around times will be two weeks for custom designs, and three to five business days for ready to wear. I will also provide a tracking number.

Shipping for a ready to wear hat?
If you've found something that you love on the website that's ready to wear, shipping time will take three to five business days.

Can you customize a ready to wear hat?
Yes, to an extent. If you find a hat that is ready to wear and you want to add a few tiny details that I offer, I can add them to the hat for an additional fee. 

What size hats do you offer?
All hats are one size and adjustable!
